Grimme Online Service Portal

The Online Service Portal enables the dealer to enter several service orders online and ensures a fast handling. As e.g. for warranty or reparation claims or simply to enter the delivery declaration.

The Grimme dealer is able to download from the Online Service Portal following information:
Operator manuals, wiring diagrams, technical information, software up-dates and much more.
Our Service team is always here for your support and to answer your questions.

Our goal is to grant our customers an excellent service and professional advice together with our qualified sales and service partners as a specialist for potato, sugar beet and vegetable technology.

For those reasons offer we an extensive program with interesting basic and advanced trainings, training packets and operator trainings.

The training center, the Grimme Academy offers the right surroundings in modern equipped training rooms.

Beside the machine trainings offer we additional basic hydraulic and electronic trainings. Those trainings not only for newcomer but also for experienced service engineers, who want to improve or refresh their knowledge.

Another new training is the “Up date via Visual Control Terminal”. Based on the new machine guidelines, which are effective since 2010 it is necessary to have this separate training. Those who pass the final test receive a certificate at the end of the training which is valid for 2 years.
