RH 24-60 "Sugar Beet"

The Grimme Receiving Hoppper RH 24-60 „Sugar Beet“ is a special strong and powerful receiving hopper for the dry cleaning of sugar beets, which are used as substrate for fermentation in biogas plants.

Direct unloading from the rear of the trailer into the receiving hopper with 19 m³ capacity is possible. The lamellar profile, and the infinitely speed adjustment control an even flow and unloading. That ensures an optimum and continious transfer to the following process as washing, hammer mill etc. An filling of the receiving hopper with wheeled loader or telescopic handler is as well possible.

The sugar beet flows with a drop height of 25 cm from the bunker onto the following separation area for active cleaning from soil and leaves. The cleaning unit works with 6 duplex roller, a well proven cleaning system from the MAXTRON 620. Another feature is the infinite roller distance adjustment, levelling and infinite speed adjustment for optimum adjustment to suit the different conditions.

The separated soil and trash is transfered on the soil cross conveyor to the side of the machine. The crop cross conveyor with a large rear wall transfers the cleaned sugar beet to the following transport conveyor. Also the speed and direction of the conveyors is free adjustable.
