Web Grader WG 900

The powerful grader unit with its compact design and heightadjustable chassis is easy to integrate into the crop flow. The gentle rubber web offers an ideal coordination between grading accuracy and flow rate thanks to its infinitely variable drive. The graded crop is transferred to the crop cross conveyor with a minimal drop step. oversized crop is transferred to the following machine in direction of flow by means of a chute.

Grimme Web Grader with a 900mm wide rubber web. Convenient as either mobile by use of swivel wheels or static and moved via a fork lift. Infinite drive, special transfer roller and a very low drop height over cushioned deflector plates care for a gentle handling of the crop.

If an increase of the grading performance is desired, the WG 900 Tandem with an overall grading width of 180 cm is an option.
By connecting several WG 900 in a line, different gradings can be generated in one step.
