Pre-grading unit SG

Soil separation and pre-grading of various sizes is necessary while storing the crop to ensure a good quality.

The stand alone grader SG 120, 160 or  200 separates loose soil and clods from the crop and pre-grades the crop in different sizes.

The independent hydraulic drive ensures that the stand alone grader SG as pre-assembled module are easy to integrate in an already existing feeding line. To make the necessary adoption possible the SG unit has no chute, cross conveyor and frame assembled.

PU-spiral coils with manual or hydraulic (option) distance adjustment ensure a gentle grading.

The units are available in various measurements and with several options to enable easy adoption into an existing feeding line and to meet the customer requirements.
