The Field-Loading-Station FL 720/724

The FL 720/724 is based on three well proven components, the Receiving Hopper with grader unit, a picking table as well as a telescoping and swivel-type unloading elevator. The innovation is the hydraulically retractable unloading elevator, which can be hidden under the picking and grading unit, allowing for a reduction to a compact dimension for road transport.

This unit allows direct loading of the harvested crop on a large and fast lorry which cannot leave the paved road. Thus reduces transport times and enables to set up a powerful, cost efficient logistic chain, which is especially necessary for long distances between the potato field and storage.

Another advantage is that trash and clods remain on the field and not at the storage what reduces extra costs for handling and possibly disposal as hazardous waste. Also means a reduction of up to 30 % of trash and clods an immense cost and fuel reduction caused by less drives to from the field to the storage.
