VARITRON 470

For more than 40 years, Grimme has built self propelled harvester for the potato harvest. The new VARITRON 470 continues this tradition, setting new standards in performance and output. The result is a modular concept for the harvesting of 4 rows. In this concept, different separation units can be combined to match the individual crop conditions. Rubber tracks or large tyres on the rear axle ensure ground protection and traction in adverse conditions.

The 490-hp Mercedes-Benz engine in conjunction with the clearly superior cab accompany you through long days.

In 2011, at Agritechnica the VARITRON 470 has been chosen by the  European journalists as "Machine of the Year 2012".
